The Prisons & Probation Ombudsman may be able to help. We can look at complaints about healthcare provided in prisons by the Welsh NHS.

Private dental complaints can be made to the Dental Complaints Service.
Complaints about private eye treatment can be made to the Optical Consumer Complaints Service.
Audit Wales is the appropriate organisation for such complaints.
