Ms A complained that the Housing Association failed to carry out the necessary repair work to her property, despite the Ombudsman having previously referred the matter to it to be dealt with.
As the Housing Association agreed that it would undertake the work, apologise to Ms A for the delay and to make a redress payment of £150, the Ombudsman considered the matter settled.
