Mr X complained about an alleged leaking garage roof, and damaged personal items. He also complained about a lack of communication with the Association’s contractors who he alleges cancels appointments without notice very late in the day.

The Ombudsman decided that the Association should provide Mr X with a formal written response (within 3 weeks) to address his concerns.

The Ombudsman considered this to be an appropriate resolution to the complaint instead of conducting an investigation.
