Ms X complained about several outstanding repairs at her home, and the delayed response to her complaint.
The Ombudsman contacted the Council and it agreed to provide, within 6 workings days, a response to Mrs X’s complaint, an apology for the delay and a timeline for completing any identified repairs.
The Ombudsman considered this to be a sufficient resolution as an alternative to investigating the complaint.
