Miss A submitted a complaint on behalf of Mr B about Gwynedd Council. Miss A said that the Council had not responded to all points raised in a complaint submitted to it by Mr B.
The Ombudsman found that the Council had not fully responded to Mr B’s complaint.
The Ombudsman sought and gained the Council’s agreement to provide a further response to Mr B, addressing all outstanding issues, within 20 working days.
