Ms X complained that the Council had not responded to her complaint made to it in September 2021 in relation to numerous matters to do with her housing situation.
The Ombudsman decided that the Council should provide Ms X with a substantive written response (by 8 April) to her complaint to address her concerns.
The Ombudsman considered this to be an appropriate resolution to the complaint instead of conducting an investigation.
