Swansea Bay University Health Board
Mrs X complained that the Health Board had failed to respond to her complaint about the treatment provided to her late husband, which she made to it on 12 May 2021.
The Health Board agreed to complete the following in settlement of Mrs X’s complaint:
By 17 January 2022
a) Apologise to Mrs X for the delay in responding to her complaint
b) Provide Mrs X with a complaint response
