Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board
Ms C complained that Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board had not responded to a complaint she had raised.
The Ombudsman found that due to the departure of a member of staff the Health Board had failed to respond to Ms C’s complaint. She said this caused additional frustration for Ms C.
The Ombudsman decided to settle the complaint without an investigation. She sought and gained the Health Board’sagreement to write to Ms C within 3 weeks with its apology and complaint response.
