Ms B complained that the Health Board had failed to respond to the concerns she had raised with it about her GP Practice.
The Ombudsman found that the Health Board had acknowledged Ms B’s concerns and that the GP Practice responded to her directly. However, the Health Board did not explain to Ms B why it had not investigated her concerns about the GP Practice itself.
The Health Board therefore agreed to complete the following actions by 17 October 2022:
a) Apologise for failing to respond to Ms B.
b) Provide an explanation to Ms B as to why it did not/would not investigate her concerns about her GP Practice.
