Ms X complained that the Health Board had not responded to her complaint submitted in September 2021.
In considering the complaint, the Ombudsman was concerned about the delay and that Ms X had not received a response from the Health Board. The Health Board therefore agreed, as an alternative to an investigation to provide Ms X with a full response to her complaint by 15 April 2022.
