Aneurin Bevan University Health Board
Ms X complained that she had not received a response from the Health Board to concerns raised in April 2021 regarding the care and treatment provided to her late grandfather by his GP practice.
The Ombudsman was concerned about the length of time the Health Board was taking to conclude its investigation. It has agreed to finalise its decision and issue a response by 24 December 2021.
