Aneurin Bevan University Health Board
Mrs B complained about the length of time is it taking Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (“the Health Board”) to investigate the complaint which she submitted 12 months ago.
The Ombudsman was concerned about the delay and contacted the Health Board who agreed to take the following action:
a) Provide a full response within four weeks
b) Apologise for the delay and provide an explanation
c) Pay Mrs B the sum of £100 for the inconvenience caused by the delay
