Mr X complained that he had encountered a delay of 8 months in receiving a response, following a complaint to the Health Board.
The Ombudsman was concerned that Mr X had yet to receive a response and contacted the Health Board. As an alternative to an investigation, the Health Board agreed that it would issue Mr X with a formal response by 1August 2022. The Ombudsman accepted this as a resolution to Mr X’s complaint.
