Mr A complained that Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council had failed to fully respond to the complaint that he made.
The Ombudsman found that the Council’s complaint response had not addressed why he had been asked to limit his communications in December 2023.
The Ombudsman sought and gained the Council’s agreement, that within 20 working days it will provide a revised Stage 2 complaint response, explaining its justification for requesting that Mr A limits his communications.
