Ms X complained that the Health Board had not properly addressed the issues that she had complained about in relation to her care.

The Ombudsman contacted the Health Board and it agreed to:

• Investigate the concerns raised by Ms X (both in her correspondence with the Health Board, and in her complaint form to the Ombudsman) and respond formally to these by 8 April 2022.
