Miss X complained that although she had raised her concernswith the GP Practice, she had not yet received a final response despitepromises that it would be issued to her.
The Ombudsman was concerned that Miss X was yet to receive aresponse to her concerns and therefore contacted the GP Practice. As an alternative to an investigation, the GPPractice agreed that it would respond to Miss X’s concerns by 23 August 2022. The Ombudsman accepted this as a resolution toMiss X’s complaint.
