A GP Practice in the area of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board
Miss X complained that the Surgery had not responded to her complaint regarding her concerns to do with her complex autoimmune illness.
The Ombudsman decided that the Surgery should provide Miss X with a written response (within 3 weeks), which should include an apology for the confusion in not identifying her email to be a complaint.
The Ombudsman considered this to be an appropriate resolution to the complaint instead of conducting an investigation.
