Ms X complained that the Health Board refused to investigate her complaint about why she and her son were removed as patients from a dental surgery within the Health Board’s area.
The Ombudsman decided that the Health Board should provide Ms X with a further written response (by 23 August) which should include an apology for the delay and for previously refusing to investigate this matter.
The Ombudsman considered this to be an appropriate resolution to the complaint instead of conducting an investigation.
