Mrs X complained that although she had received a response to her concerns from the Health Board, she still remains dissatisfied and believes that the Health Board has not thoroughly investigated her concerns.
The Ombudsman was concerned that Mrs X remained dissatisfied and contacted the Health Board. As an alternative to an investigation, the Health Board agreed that is would contact Mrs X and conduct a face-to-face meeting with her in order to discuss any outstanding concerns that she has by 30 June 2022. The Ombudsman accepted this as a resolution of Ms X’s complaint.
