Mr A complained about aspects of the care and treatment of his late son. In considering the complaint, the Ombudsman noted that Mr A had not yet had a full response to his complaint from the Health Board.
In settlement of the complaint, the Health Board agreed to complete its investigation into Mr A’s concerns and provide him with a response within 20 working days
