Mrs X complained that the Health Board had failed to follow the correct after care procedures following the death of her father.

As a result of the identified concerns and in settlement of Mrs X’s complaint (as an alternative to an investigation by the Ombudsman), the Health Board agreed to, within 30 working days, provide Mrs X with a more detailed complaint response.
