Mr X complained that Hywel Dda University Health Board (“the Health Board”) had failed, in its complaint response of October 2023, to properly address the concerns he had raised with it.
The Ombudsman was concerned that the Health Board had not properly addressed Mr X’s concerns.
Instead of investigating the complaint, the Ombudsman sought and obtained the Health Board’s agreement to fully address Mr X’s stated concerns within 3 months.
