We are currently seeing a significant increase in new complaints that are premature or out of our jurisdiction.
Please be aware that for us to be able to look into your complaint you need to make sure that:
1) you complained first to the organisation you are unhappy about
2) your complaint is about an organisation we can look into (see more details on our ‘Organisations you can complain to us about’ page).
It is very unlikely that we will be able to help you unless you complete these two steps.

You can contact us in Welsh and we will respond in Welsh. This will not lead to a delay in responding. All our documents are available in both Welsh and English.
If you want to call us, we have a phone number 0300 790 0203. This means that the normal landline rate will be the cost of each call, regardless of which part of the country you are calling from, even if you use a mobile phone.
Our phone line is open from 10am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-4pm from Monday to Friday.
We record our calls (telephone and other audio/video calls), as we find that it can be useful to listen again to conversations, to help us understand what we have been told. Calls are recorded and stored on our own systems
We aim to remove, reduce and prevent any barriers to access for people who complain to us. Go to more more information on how we can help you to use our service.
If your enquiry is an emergency, we advise that we do not respond to emergency enquiries and you will need to contact the relevant authorities.
Please be aware that we do not act on copy correspondence.
We will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible, but within 5 working days.
