The Strategic Plan is a high-level document. However, we said at the time that we would produce an annual Business Plan for each year of the Strategic Plan. We explained that that Business Plan would also include the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that we would use to monitor our performance and impact in areas that we can control or influence.
