People First: Rhondda Cynon Taf

Cwm Taf People First is a Chartable Incorporated Organisation that is set up, run by and for adults with learning disabilities that live and /or receive services from BGCBC, MTCBC, RCTCBC.

We support adults with learning disabilities to co-produce and co-design health and social care services to ensure that they have voice, choice and control over their lives.

We have focus groups that meet across the counties to gather information on:-

Daytime Opportunities, Communication & Information , Communities & Safe Places, Transport, healthcare, Independent / Supported living, Respite Care, Life Transitions, friendships & relationships , Advocacy, Rights & Equality.

We cover Blaenau Gwent, Merthyr, Rhondda Cynon Taf.

We offer self advocacy support.
