COS was established in 1994 to support Deaf and Hard of Hearing People in North Wales. Since 1994 we have grown to a team of 18 supporting people with a Sensory Loss or a disability, from communication support to employment projects to making media accessible, everything we do is to make services accessible for everyone.
Our services cover North Wales, but our information videos are accessible throughout.
