Miss A complained to the Council about repairs that had not been
completed and the lack of communication she had received. Miss A said
she had tried contacting the Council about her repairs and she did not
receive communication back.

The Ombudsman found that there were outstanding repairs, the Council
had not completed. The Ombudsman considered this caused Miss A
stress and decided to settle the complaint without an investigation.

The Ombudsman sought and gained the Council’s agreement to within 4
weeks, complete all of Miss A’s outstanding repairs that she raised.
