We offer a free online training sessions to explain our role, our process, and how we can support constituents.

The session outlines what we do, how we work, and how to get most of our service.

Our training includes the following modules:

  1. Our role and powers – what we can and cannot look at
  2. How we consider a complaint – our approach and decision-making process
  3. Submitting evidence – how best to send us information
  4. Communication and support – how to contact us and what additional support we can provide

Each module includes time for questions, followed by a final Q&A session for anything not already covered.
