Mr X complained that Cardiff Council failed to address the situation regarding the garden at the property and was dissatisfied with the response.
The Ombudsman found that Mr X and the Council came to an agreement regarding the garden, however the Council still wanted to issue the response it intended to.
The Ombudsman sought the Council’s agreement to, within 4 weeks, issue the response that it had intended to regarding the complaint. The Council’s response will also include an update on the current situation with the garden.
