Mrs B complained about whether Aneurin Bevan University Health Board took adequate steps to investigate and respond to an allegation that a member of agency staff provider her husband, Mr B, with unprescribed medication on 8 February 2024.
The investigation found that the Health Board took adequate steps to investigate and respond to the allegation that a member of staff provided Mr B with unprescribed medication. The Ombudsman did not uphold the complaint.
