If you can work through the medium of Welsh, have an excellent eye for detail, high level of IT skill and previous experience of providing an administrative service within a confidential working environment, this role may be for you. As a Casework Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to all internal departments and support and respond to enquiries from members of the public and others who contact the Ombudsman’s office. You will record case details and deal with telephone, letter, email and direct face to face enquiries when appropriate.

You will manage multiple email accounts and administer securely transmitted electronic records received from public bodies, notifying recipients and uploading documents to the case management systems accordingly. This role requires someone who has previous relevant work experience and who is able to work through the medium of Welsh.
