From Tuesday 20 October 2020, we are re-introducing our telephone service on a limited basis. This service will be available from 10 am to 2pm, Monday to Friday and can be accessed by telephoning 0300 790 0203. Please be aware that the Ombudsman’s staff will be taking these calls from their homes and will not always have all the resources they would have within the office. It is also possible that from time to time you may hear homelife noises as it is not always possible to mute background noises. We are grateful for your understanding in this regard as our staff are delivering the best service they can at these difficult times.
